Technician Quick Reference Guide: Vision RFS - Emerald App (Download)

Purpose

The app allows technicians to view schedules, update work details, and collect payments while staying synced with Vision in the office.

Steps to Download Vision RFS - Emerald 

For iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

1. Open the App Store on your Apple device.
2. Tap the Search icon.
3. Type “Vision RFS - Emerald” in the search bar.
4. Locate the app by ECi Software Solutions / Davisware LLC.
5. Tap Get or the Download icon.
6. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password or use Face ID/Touch ID.
7. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app. (In Training, you will receive login credentials)

The app is compatible with iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 12.2 or later.

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap the search bar at the top.
3. Search for “Vision RFS - Emerald”.
4. Select the app published by ECi Software Solutions / Davisware LLC.
5. Tap Install.
6. Wait for the download and installation to complete.
7. Tap Open to launch the app. (In Training, you will receive login credentials)
