Reset Database
Location: Menu → Settings → Reset Database
When to Reset:
- Required: On the 1st day of each month after the End of Month (EOM) close.
- Recommended: Reset twice during the month:
- Around the 10th
- Around the 20th
- This ensures your database stays current.
Refresh Day
Location: Status or Today's Schedule
When to Refresh:
- At the beginning of each workday to download and view your current Work Order assignments in Today's Schedule.
Refresh Schedule
Location: Today's Schedule
When to Refresh:
- Immediately after completing and submitting each Work Order to receive your next assigned Work Orders.
Refresh Work Order
Location: Status
When to Refresh:
- During the COD process.
- When multiple technicians are working on the same Work Order (single signature).
- For after-hours calls with two technicians using Option 1 (if you have access to After-Hours Dispatch).
- Any time the Dispatcher instructs you to refresh because changes have been made to the Work Order, such as:
- Register updates
- Notes
- Attachments from the File Room
- Other Work Order changes
